Precautions for the processing of glass bottle molds:
I. environmental conditions. Temperature: always maintain the same temperature in the whole process of making glass bottle mould and die. Humidity: the influence of humidity on gel and resin curing is relatively large, the ideal humidity range in 40 to 60 commonly, if at the time of manufacture glass bottle mold, relative humidity of more than 65, need to wait until the appropriate production conditions for construction, especially in the south or in the coastal areas, the humidity is relatively large, need more careful choice.
Clean workshop. 3. Clean compressed air. 4. Selection of raw materials.
