Mold process is the process parameters of plastic mold injection molding. Moulds and tools are used for injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, die-casting or forging molding, smelting and stamping in industrial production. It mainly adopts the physical state of the forming material to realize the processing of the physical appearance.
Introduction to mould process:
First step, the careful analysis of the samples from the customers, hand sketching a figure to sketch the whole scheme (generally includes the parting surface, into the glue position, ejection method, the products have defects and not conducive to the place where we design scheme, etc.), to communicate with customers for further adjustment of the information; Typically, customers either provide a template, either provide a 3D drawing, or provide a 2D view; Only provide the template, the mould designer will use the sample to draw the 3D picture; If the 3D drawing is provided, the mould designer can conduct the review directly. Only the 2D drawing is provided, the situation is just the same as the sample. The mould designer will draw the 3D drawing. This step is a process of mold design and review of the product through the information provided by the mould designer to the customer. Product review is not necessarily one time, usually several times.
The second step, the product after the completion of the review, that is, and the customer agreement, (for product review mold designers started to design the mould structure), and then will be adjusted to make the mould structure of the system. This step is to confirm the product review and the entire mold structure an accurate sketch of 2D drawing. It is an accurate guide to the 3D parting of the mold's designers, like a 3D drawing of a product.
The third step is to order mold and inner die steel, according to the mold structure.
Step 4:3D parting and drawing. (the 3D parting company only splits the inner mold; Some will draw the mold, which is the trend of the future. The drawings include: CNC (computer gongs) to transfer the relevant programmers; Wire cutting file transfer to relevant personnel; The discharge drawing file is transferred to the relevant personnel; Thimble drawing, water hole diagram, other relevant parts drawings, mainly grinding machines and milling machines and making moulds tapping holes, etc. In the meantime, order the mould parts (mainly spring, thimble, cheese, etc.), the parts can be purchased back in a week or so, and the whole die will be finished 15-20 days.
